At the National Gallery we set the bar high and have a small team that makes a big impact. It’s a vocation not a job and without this level of effort and dedication we would fall short of the expectations set by our audience.
When we see a team member with bucket loads of capability and potential, we want to nurture it. When they work hard to help us achieve NGCI’s important mission, when they take initiative, support team mates and contribute creative ideas, we want to reward this. When you do all the above, you get noticed.
So, step forward Jessica Ebanks. Jessica joined NGCI as our 2016/17 Intern and was quickly promoted to Education Officer following her year placement. We are now delighted to see her move into the Education Coordinator position.
Jessica, thank you for everything you’ve contributed so far, we can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the role.
