For our final newsletter and blog of 2020, we want to pause and look back on some moments from our post-lockdown programme at the National Gallery – and what a busy programme it has been! We are big believers in the adage that ‘an image speaks a thousand words’, so invite you to scroll through some of our favourite photos from these October to December gatherings. We are so grateful to all of you who came out to support these events, and we have been inspired by the energy and #CaymanKind that was present at each and every one of them. We look forward to continuing our creative collaborations in the New Year and to providing engaging and uplifting programming for all our diverse community.
We wish you all a very happy and healthy season and sincerely hope that 2021 brings with it good news and a return to normality for our community and those further afield, although we are aware that it will take all of us working together to achieve this. For now, we hope that you will find joy in the quieter moments and cherish time with family and friends – which is such a luxury at this moment. To those of you who are removed from loved ones this Christmas, we hope that you will be reunited soon.
Sending our warmest wishes for the holidays, from everyone at the National Gallery.
