Inspired by Caymanian-Jamaican artist Jawara Alleyne and his culturally-informed fashion design, this exciting dance class focuses on 90s dancehall. Freedom, feminity, Rudeboy, Clarkes, and a mesh marina, these are a few staples that go with the dynamic movement in Jamaican Dancehall. Come join us as we experience a people and culture through movement and rhythm. Instructed by trained Afro-Caribbean dancer and choreographer Nicole Durrant.
