This intensive workshop explores the use of watercolours to capture the dramatic effects of light in the tropics. Watercolourist Lois Brezinski will demonstrate the techniques she employs to capture the dramatic shadows and vibrant colours she uses in her work. This workshop will provide instruction on the use of transparent washes, colour mixing and colour lifting while stressing the importance of design and composition. The workshop is designed for all levels and open to adults and mature teens. Course fees are CI $80 (CI $72 for NGCI members) quality materials are provided.
