NGCI Team Maia Muttoo, Kerri-Anne Chisolm, and William Helfrecht alongside artist Virginia Foster return to Radio Cayman for conversations with host Sterling Dwayne Ebanks in two parts. In the first, Muttoo and Chisolm promote the NGCIs involvement with this year’s Museums Association of the Caribbean (MAC) Conference, taking place between Nov 3-5. A conference dedicated this year to cultivating resilience in museums and cultural heritage sites, Muttoo and Chisolm touch on how museums have adapted over the years to also become spaces for healing, and how the NGCI is one of many museums in the Caribbean dedicated to utilizing their wealth of knowledge to give back to the local community. In the second part, Helfrecht and Foster return to advertise the Wonders of Clay: Perfectly Imperfect exhibition, and how Foster will be giving personal tours on Saturday, November 6th and 13th after 2pm at the NGCI site.
